Just because you can fit more in, doesn't mean it's always a good idea.

Nail the most important elements to enhance your results and do it consistently. Don't over complicate the process by just trying to fit more in, the extras may be useless when you look at the bigger picture.

For sport performance: 
* perform your sport
* perform your strength work
* be consistent with your nutrition/hydration
* be consistent with your recovery - prehab, rehab, sleep

For fat loss:
* be in a caloric deficit whilst hitting daily protein target 
* perform strength training to maintain muscle mass 
* stay active 
* get good quality sleep

For muscle gain:
* be in a caloric surplus whilst hitting daily protein target
* preform strength training to stimulate muscle protein synthesis 
* progressively overload your muscles
* get good quality sleep
